Terms of use

Last updated 9 September 2026

By using CueCam you agree to these terms. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps bought through the App Store, and where it conflicts with anything here, it wins.

Your content is yours

The scripts you write, the files you import and the video you record remain entirely yours. We claim no licence over any of it, and since none of it reaches us, we could not use it even if we wanted to. You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you import or record.

Subscriptions

CueCam is free to use for three recorded takes. Beyond that, unlimited takes, the full type controls, script import and watermark-free export require a Pro subscription.

Prices vary by region and may change. Any change to the price of an existing subscription will be notified in advance, as Apple requires.

Fair use

Don't use CueCam to break the law, to record someone without a consent you are required to have, or to infringe anyone's rights. Don't attempt to reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

What we don't promise

CueCam is provided as it is. Speech recognition is not perfect: accents, background noise and heavy paraphrasing all affect how well the prompter follows you, and we do not warrant that it will track every take correctly.

Your recordings live on your device, so keeping them safe is up to you. We are not responsible for takes lost to a deleted app, a lost phone or a device failure. Back up anything that matters.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do, and continuing to use CueCam means accepting the revised version.
